3. Payment Terms

3.1 Meta Ad Management

  • Monthly Payment: Services are billed monthly.
  • 3-Month Minimum Contract: A minimum contract period of three months is required.
  • Daily Ad Spend: Clients select their daily ad budget, which will be billed in addition to our management fee.
  • Management Fee: The management fee is charged on top of the daily ad spend.

3.2 Logo Design and Branding

  • No Deposit Required: No upfront deposit is needed for logo design or branding services.
  • Full Payment Upon Completion: Payment is required in full upon completion of the work.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Meta Ad Management

  • Cancellation After Minimum Contract: You may cancel the service after the initial three-month minimum contract period. No further charges will apply beyond the current billing cycle.

4.2 Logo Design and Branding

  • Cancellation Before Work Starts: If you decide to cancel before we commence work on your logo or brand design, you will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation After Work Has Begun: If you cancel after work has started on your logo or branding project, no refund will be issued for any completed work or expenses incurred.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the successful execution of our services.
  • Feedback and Approval: Clients must provide feedback and approval promptly to avoid delays in the project.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client.
  • Usage: Ad Project reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ad Project will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
